At Zone Pest Solutions, we offer two professional termite treatment products that remove existing termites and prevent future infestations:

Both treatment methods come with the same great retreatment and repair warranty.
Is Termite Treatment Safe?
The most effective termite treatments today, such as the ones offered by Zone Pest Solutions, are more targeted and applied in a measured fashion than the treatments of the past. Most products are not considered hazardous to humans, pets or other animals. In fact, both of Zone’s preferred residential termite treatments are registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Sentricon®
Sentricon® is a termite baiting system that is placed at strategic locations in the ground around your property. The “bait stations” exist at precise intervals, so termites are guaranteed to cross paths with them and ingest the bait. Once termites feed on the bait, they go back to the colony and share it with other termites. As a result, the entire colony dies. Our Sentricon® treatments have a lifetime renewal option and are covered under our termite warranty. They are fully transferable should the property be sold.
Termidor®
Termidor® is the nation’s No. 1 liquid termiticide/insecticide. Termidor® utilizes an advanced nonrepellent, or “undetectable,” liquid technology that termites cannot see, smell or taste. Termidor® is placed in your soil, creating a termite treatment zone that is unavoidable for termites. When termites come in contact with Termidor® and ingest, they spread it to the entire colony. Our Termidor® treatments can be renewed for up to 10 years and are covered under our termite warranty. They are fully transferable should the property be sold.
